Boat club dues tracker

Boat club dues tracker — who's paid, who hasn't, no chasing.

Set the period, assign the amount, take card payments and let the reminders go out on their own.

For boat clubs, yacht clubs, partnerships with monthly contributions and any group collecting from members.

Collecting dues is the job nobody volunteers for twice, because it's really two jobs: tracking who owes what, and asking people for money. A dues tracker fixes the first and automates the second. Print the free roster below if you only have a handful of members, or run dues in EZ BoatShare — periods, per-member amounts, card payments, capital calls and reminders that send themselves.

Reminders that send themselves

Schedule the nudges once — before due, on due date, after — and nobody has to make the awkward ask.

Card payments built in

Members pay online from the reminder email and the roster updates itself.

A live dues dashboard

Assessed, collected and outstanding, updating in real time, visible to whoever runs the club.

Built for the way you run it

Monthly or annual dues

Create the period, assign amounts by member or membership class, and let it run.

Capital calls

A new engine or a haul-out becomes a special assessment with per-member amounts and its own tracker.

Member statements

Each member has their own page showing dues status, capital call balance and payment history.

Handing over the treasurer's job

The record lives in the club, not in one person's spreadsheet, so the handover takes a minute.

Common questions

How do boat clubs usually collect dues?

Most set a recurring period — monthly, quarterly or annual — assess each member their share, then collect by card or transfer with reminders before and after the due date. Special one-off costs go out as a separate capital call.

What's the difference between dues and a capital call?

Dues cover predictable running costs on a schedule. A capital call is a one-time assessment for a large or unexpected item, like a repower or an emergency haul-out.

Can the club take card payments?

Yes. Members pay online straight from the dues page or the reminder email, and their balance updates automatically.

Is the roster template free?

Yes, it generates in your browser with no email required.

Never send a 'just checking' text about dues again.
